- Pick-up/collection of goods from client’s location
- Booking of flight/vessel for shipment of goods
- Packing of exhibits/cargo for safety precautions during shipping (For instance, palletising, labelling, etc;)
- Preparation of forwarding documentation, custom clearance and door -to-door delivery to event venue
- On-site assistance of exhibition team member if needed
- Collection/tearing down of exhibits when event is over
- Booking of return freight to originating location if needed
- Clearance and return delivery of exhibits to client’s location
